Klyra Krypton built the Klyra PDF (Converter Tool) app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Klyra Krypton at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Local File Processing (Core Functionality)

Our app processes user-selected files (such as PDFs and images) strictly to provide core features, including document scanning, text recognition (OCR), converting formats, merging, splitting, compressing, watermarking, and password protecting.

• No Server Storage: All document processing happens locally on your Android device. We do not upload, store, or share your personal files on external servers.

Data Collected Automatically (Third-Party SDKs)

To provide stability, track crashes, and support monetization via advertising, this app integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that may collect device information automatically:

• Google AdMob & Firebase Analytics: These services may collect unique device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID), general location data derived from your IP address, app interaction logs (such as button taps), and diagnostic crash reports to serve ads and analyze app stability.

2. Cookies and Device Identifiers

This app does not actively create or use first-party cookies. However, third-party services like Google AdMob utilize unique mobile tracking identifiers and cookies to serve personalized advertisements, optimize ad performance, and prevent fraud.

3. Data Encryption and Retention

• Encryption in Transit: Any diagnostic data or ad-tracking telemetry transmitted by integrated third-party SDKs is encrypted using secure protocols (HTTPS) while moving across the network.

• No File Retention: Because all document manipulation is performed directly on your local device memory, our Service maintains zero retention of your private files.

4. User Data Deletion Rights

We do not collect or maintain an account database or store user personal profiles on any backend server. Diagnostic and ad-tracking telemetry collected automatically by third-party tools is governed by their respective retention periods.

If you wish to opt-out or reset your personalized advertising tracking data, you can do so at any time via your device's native system settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.
